Swedish Massage—Commonly referred to as a "General Full Body Massage". This is because in a typical one hour session, the entire body is worked. Swedish Massage has many benefits such as increased circulation, and an overall calming effect on the body’s systems.
Sports Massage—An advanced therapy, used commonly with athletes for an increased performance during sporting events. However, its benefits can be used in everyday therapy to increase or decrease circulation and reduce muscle tension
Trigger Point Therapy or "Deep Tissue" -- An advanced therapy, that focuses on the specific areas of  muscle tissue that get tight and cause pain. Trigger Points can cause such conditions as: Migraine headaches, Carpel Tunnnel Syndrome, and Sciatica. Because of its specific nature, a smaller area of the body is worked in an typical session.

LESS than a 24hr. notice of cancellation by the therapist will result in a 50% discount off the missed appointment  when rescheduled.

NO SHOW - Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment withiout prior contact will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment price.
