Types of Massage offered:

Swedish Massage—Commonly referred to as a General full body. This is because in a typical one hour session, the entire body is worked. Swedish Massage has many benefits such as increased circulation, and an overall calming effect on the body’s systems.

Sports Massage—An advanced therapy, used commonly with athletes for an increased performance during sporting events. However, its benefits can be used in everyday therapy to increase or decrease circulation and reduce muscle tension.

|
Trigger Point Therapy—An advanced therapy, that works on the specific areas of a muscle that gets tight. Trigger Points can cause such conditions as: Migraine headaches, Carpel Tunnnel Syndrome, and Sciatica. Because of its specific nature, a smaller area of the body is worked in an hour session. |
